Currently my client is looking for a Microbiologist / Quality Management Chemist. You will be working in the factory and are responsible for the achievement and maintenance of the quality goals.

 

The role:

- Coordinating microbiological testing with the contract laboratories

- Giving training on microbiological awareness to factory staff and operators

- Reviewing and approving sanitization and water system procedures

- Reviewing and approving raw materials, equipment and changes within the packaging and processes

- Conducting internal and external audits

- Conducting store checks

- Taking initiatives to improve the quality system

 

Your profile:

As the successful candidate you have a bachelor degree in Microbiology. Preferably you have at least two years work experience. Experience in auditing, QA / QC or within a consumer goods environment is highly desirable.

In addition, you are an energetic and ambitious person, show initiative and you are a strong communicator. You have strong time and project management skills, attention to detail and you are results orientated.
