Senior Climate Change Consultant
Our client is an independent organisation and operates with the sole aim of protecting the environment.
Due to a high demand for their services their Climate Change team seeks a talented and experienced individual to join them in Sydney.
This role will see the successful applicant have the opportunity to undertake work in the following areas;
GHG quantification
GHG auditing for company inventories or project emission reductions
GHG technologies
Training and advisory services for GHG inventories
Energy Audits
CDM and/or JI project validation and verification
Our client is offering a truly unique opportunity. This role involves interaction with all the key industry climate change players. Thus, the incumbent will have a "helicopter view" of the latest industry developments in Australia and throughout the world.
This position calls for a minimum of 5 years work experience in auditing or experience within the carbon management, energy or forestry sectors. Short-listed applicants will also have strong business development experience and be a strategic thinker with respect to energy and climate change.
