Our client is a market leader in the customised design of display and storage solutions for all industry sectors and can provide a comprehensive service ranging from initial consultation, concept and design through to delivery and installation where required. This successful business hinges on the proven ability to proved outstanding customer service and innovative products to meet and exceed client specifications and individual applications.
They currently have an exciting opportunity available for a switched on Internal Sales Consultant in their South Western Sydney facility.
Role dimensions:
- Assist in the selling of products and servicing customer enquiries by providing practical solutions ensuring ????? ?????.
- Build on your knowledge of the entire range of display and storage products
- Provide feedback and constructive suggestions to improve clients end result
- Be able to recognise customer needs and wants and be able to implement strategies for customer concerns in potentially difficult circumstances
- Manage work priorities by displaying good time keeping skills
- Have outstanding communication skills and the ability to deal with people / customers on all levels.
- To achieve budgeted sales
- Most importantly be able to turn an enquiry into a sale.
Ideally, you will either have direct industry experience or possibly come from either an Engineering ????? ????? materials handling. We will however consider applicants that have a strong industrial background. A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience preferred along with a willingness to take ownership by learning and developing the role to it's full potential. You will have excellent problem solving skills and be able to "think outside the square"
