Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic plan to investigate new business opportunities
- Establish and develop cohesive relationships with Key Surgeons, Registrars, Nursing Units
- Advise on the implants, equipment and instrumentation, providing support for surgical procedures
- Analyse sales reports to monitor monthly activity
- Conduct workshop demonstrations for groups of surgeons or theatre staff
Key Criteria
- Tertiary qualification - Applied Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Human Movement Exercise Physiology, Paramedical, Business preferable but not essential
- Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry necessary
- Ability to absorb, comprehend and present technical information.
- High levels of energy, drive, self-motivation and confidence
- Proficient problem solving and planning skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in the operating theatre
