You will be an experienced Sales Manager who is capable of implementing key sales and marketing strategies that will maximise the efficiency of your inside sales team. Leading a team of 9, you will oversee the development of sales campaigns and the improvement of sales performance.
Successful candidates will have a track record of success in sales management, be motivated by influencing their team to achieve maximum results, and they will have strong communication and coaching skills.
You will be rewarded with a circa. $70k base salary plus $40k commission, and the opportunity to push your career on at a market leader.
