It provides market-leading solutions across research, strategy, campaign development and execution into the financial services sector and boasts some of Australia’s major retail and institutional funds management, superannuation, and insurance companies as its clients. Looking now to its next phase of growth it seeks a dynamic, experienced Business Development Director to join the team.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside some of the industries most well respected individuals, you will position and sell the company as an innovative provider of high quality marketing services. The Business Development Director will lead the identification, development and sales of innovative marketing solutions in the financial services, superannuation and insurance sectors while achieving specific targets such as revenue growth, return on sales, and customer retention consistent with the company’s budgets and business plans.

You will have had at least 5 year’s experience in a similar role, ideally from selling solutions to marketing and communications executives within the financial services industry. You will have a proven track record in consultative selling, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and have contributed as a key member of a senior leadership team. Your strategic thinking, creativity and your ability to influence customers will be vital to your success.
