Our international manufacturing ????? ????? market leaders in the provision of high end interior flooring ????? ?????. They have been a market leader for a number of years and are seeking a experienced, dynamic sales person to develop new business and manage existing accounts in Sydney.
This external sales role will see you account manage and develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, developers and various end users. The product itself can go into any type of environment including corporate fit outs, aged care, healthcare, residential, hospitality, education and Government. You will be required to hunt down new opportunities utilising building industry software as well as developing relationships at end user level.
We are seeking applicants with proven sales and business development track records in the building industry. Ideally you will come from an interior fit out sales background and will have previously specified products into architects or designers in NSW. Additional key requirements include;
Communication & presentation skills
Passion for commercial interiors
Existing relationships with specifiers in Sydney.
Proven track record in developing new business and attaining sales targets.
High degree of energy, enthusiasm, personality and drive.
Interior design or related qualifications will be well regarded.
Stable track record in the industry.
In return we offer an opportunity to work with a market leading international company. Salary package consists of $55-62K Base + FM Car + Super + Uncapped Comms.
