    The Company

    This Rail and Infrastructure company is going through a rapid growth cycle and has an exciting opportunity that exists for an experienced Bid Submissions manager to manage and compile the bids for multiple projects coming up in NSW. You will be expected to take full ownership in the process by compiling, producing and submitting the physical and electronic deliverables during ????? ????? and the conclusion of the project.

    The Role

    • Ensure that continual communication is kept up with the Project Director
    • Edit material prepared by members of the bid team and prepare for submission
    • Co-ordinate meetings between relevant bid member organizations as required
    • Prioritise deadlines and workloads to ensure high quality Bid material, whilst working under pressure
    • Hold responsibility to facilitate deliverables by consortium partners into Bid documentation
    • Preparation of draft presentations and assistance with the finalization of presentations as required
    • Ensure timetables and deliverables are met through management of Consortium partners
    • Manage temporary staff when engaged for specific administration tasks
    • Encourage bid efficiency by providing clear bid production requirements
    • Organise/Manage bid production meetings during ????? ?????
    • Track communication between bid team members and client
    • Manage bid production costs within agreed budget

    The Person

    The successful applicant will have the flexibility of working for a multinational company, in conjunction with some very powerful public companies, which facilitates successes, that are rewarded financially in numerous different ways-

    • Minimum of 10 years experience in bid management, business development or estimating
    • Experience putting together bid teams from large scale projects in roads, rail or civil structures
    • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering ????? ????? credible career history that reflects the areas of focus for this role
    • Experience in developing tendering ????? ?????
    • Experience at operating at a senior level
    • Good presentation skills
