This US vendor is a leading web-based software provider within the learning and performance management space. With an excellent product suite with many key differentiators from their competition this is an exciting time to join this award winning company who have enjoyed a 300% increase in global sales this year along with success locally. They are looking to drive further sales within ANZ and build upon the success of the year to date. Currently the client is considering ????? ????? services of a Sales Manager who can manage the existing sales team and also be a hands on revenue generator or alternatively they are very much open to the idea of bringing on board a Senior BDM to assist in further penetration of the market. To secure this role it is highly preferred that you are able to demonstrate at least 5 years successful sales experience within the industry (Talent & Performance Management, Workforce Optimisation etc) however my client will consider applicants who can demonstrate a high level of success selling solution based software products to the Enterprise marketplace. Your proven track record of achievement will mean that you have extensive C-level contacts in the IT / HR space and you will have the ability to aggressively prospect new customers. Naturally you will be a creative problem solver, business builder and result oriented team player capable of presenting new technologies to senior decision makers. This is an immediate and urgent opening and my client is keen to identify and retain an appropriate candidate asap. The role will offer a competitive base/super amount with an expected OTE of $300,000. The global headcount for the company is circa 300 but locally the workforce is in it's infancy so this position offers the opportunity to grow into a more Senior role within the organisation.
