The Company
Our client is a leading supplier of a wide variety of scientific consumables, chemicals and instruments. They are focused on growing their market share in the scientific consumables markets simultaneously alongside their growth goals for the scientific instrumentation product range. As a result they are seeking to engage the services of a sales consultant for their Sydney office.
The Opportunity
Your role will be mainly responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client's as well as to identify, develop and close new business opportunities - leading to close. You will mainly focus your new business hunting in the university markets in Sydney as well as research laboratories. This is a balanced position with a mix of new business & account management required in line with the KPI's.
You
- 2+ Years selling in ANY Scientific/Laboratory background
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to build rapport & foster relationships
- Highly results focused & goal orientated.
The Rewards
Your salary package will include a negotiable Base Salary + Car or Car Allowance + Super + Commission. OTE >$85K. The salary is open & negotiable depending upon your experience and background and has a clear progression into a more senior role for top performers.
