My client is one of the leaders in the field of office supplies. They have a great sales team that are incentivised throughout the year, giving the office a great positive feel. If you want to work in a dynamic powerhouse and be rewarded for your sales successes then this is the place to work. Due to internal promotion they now have a position available and they are looking for a BDM to scout out and win new customers.

 

The successful candidate will have broad experience in the office equipment industry with a solid history of Business Development. They will need to be a driven, self motivated individual who is capable of standing up and closing a deal. Working well in a fast passed positive team environment is a must, this sales team is a positive, fun group who push and challenge each other to achieve goals and budgets.

 

The position will be based around the government sector dealing a lot with Govt contracts. For this reason a solid base in this, with contacts and an awareness of the correct routes/channels to take to ensure success in this market would be invaluable to your success.

 

The successful applicant will be generously remunerated with an OTE of around $130K. This will include a generous base, car allowance, phone,. Lap top and an uncapped commission structure where the sky is the limit!!
