The Company
Our client is a leading supplier of a wide variety of scientific consumables, chemicals and instruments. They have been focused on both the short sales cycle consumables & chemicals, and long sales cycle of instrumentation product range. As a result they are seeking to engage the services of an experienced account manager for Sydney.
The Opportunity
Your role will be mainly responsible for managing a portfolio including a wide variety of existing client's as well as to identify, develop and close new business opportunities leading to close. This role will be reporting directly to the NSW State Sales Manager with a view to grow into a State Manager's role in the future. You will target the university market in Sydney as well as research laboratories, thus any sales experience selling into this market space will be highly regarded.
You
- 1+ years Experience selling into research laboratories or University markets ideal
- Excellent Presentation Ability & Account Management Experience
- Ability to grow and develop long-term relationships.
- Highly results focused and goal orientated.
The Rewards
Your salary package will include a lucrative negotiable base salary + Car or Car Allowance + Super + Commission. OTE - $95K-$125K. Also on offer are regular and structured reviews, sales and product training and team events. The salary is open & negotiable depending upon your experience and background.
