This successful business is searching for a dynamic and passionate individual to drive VM initiatives in stores nationally and to be a vital part of the leadership team in the development and implementation of new VM direction.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will drive autonomously all retail stores nationally and ensure the appropriate implementation and direction of VM initiatives. The successful candidate must be able to translate the desired image from head office to stores, and will be involved with the senior management team in the strategic direction of this desired image. Other responsibilities include;
ü Training and development of staff in VM direction
ü Project management of shop fit outs
ü POS Materials
ü Monthly VM Bulletins for stores
