This is a challenging and varied internal communications role, working as part of a dynamic communications team within a leading financial services organisation. Our client is employee focussed and this role is responsible for the end to end internal communications to employees (including senior level executives) ensuring messages are communicated creatively and effectively, in line with business needs. 

You will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of a communication strategy. This will involve writing the regular employee communications, content management of the intranet, and acting as the communications advisor on organisational wide projects for particular segments in commercial and regional areas.  There will be considerable stakeholder liaison and engagement on a wide variety of initiatives as well as developing and delivering communicating pieces for the leadership team. Additional responsibilities will be change, project and operational communications. You will also be involved in addressing the leadership team on project updates and other initiatives. You will work very closely with a senior executive on specific communication pieces, becoming the champion of this segment. 

You must be tertiary qualified with demonstrable experience in internal communications within a corporate environment.  You must have strong writing and communication skills, as well as employee engagement experience, translating complex ideas into simple messages.  As a person you are resilient, motivated and passionate, with a strong drive to achieve high results. You have very strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at the executive level and a good level of commercial awareness and understanding of the business
