The primary purpose of this role is to deliver internal communications services to support Telstra Wholesale in achieving its business objectives. Some customer communications support will also be required. Key areas of focus in this role are:

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

• Delivery of internal communications services to build engagement and promote Wholesale’s achievements within Wholesale and across Telstra Corporation
• Delivery of customer communications to promote effective customer relationships and retention
• Delivery of user-centric, current and accurate content and key messages via a range of digital and print channels
• Promotion of internal and customer events to promote engagement
• Development of tools and resources to support staff in performing their jobs, including Intranet sites
• Monitoring ????? ????? on performance of tactics delivered via a range of communications channels.

 

To be successful in this role you have experience as a communications practitioner across a range of channels including digital and print media. You are qualified with a tertiary degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism. You have exceptional writing and editing skills as well as experience in developing and implementing communications plans. With the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, you are looking for a challenging role that will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your talent for impressive communications.
