The majority of our consultants earning over $120,000 in their 1st year, and our top experienced consultants earning in excess of $250,000! The position will involve:
~ Sourcing clients to establish a client base, then working with them to find candidates to meet their recruitment needs.
~ You will have full responsibility for the growth of your business with the help of the experienced consultants
~ Writing job adverts to networking
~ Face to face client meetings
~ Negotiating fees & salary packages
~ Managing full recruitment process through to close and developing on-going relationships
~ Specialising in either sales, legal, customer service, IT, marketing or office support recruitment to build a strong network
Ideally you will have a proven sales background selling properties (not leasing or rentals), with a minimum of two years experience within a sales role. You must be a strong negotiator & networker and enjoy the thrill of getting a deal across the line!
