One of the largest providers of residential aged care in Australia currently has an opportunity for a Group Property Manager to join their highly regarded team of professionals.

As the Group Property Manager you will be responsible for managing 47 facilities nationally as well as improving the delivery of the Property Management capability, leading the Property Team and ensuring regulatory property compliance is achieved.

As the successful candidate you will have:

Experience in property maintenance management and capital replacements
Professional experience managing multiple site operations on a national scale
First rate technical knowledge of building facilities - aged care preferred
Trade or relevant tertiary qualification
Established Microsoft Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

It is desired that the successful candidate will have demonstrated Property experience in the Aged Car sector combined with experience using maintenance management software.
