Assistant Property Manager - Long term contract role
Long term contract opportunity with a major Government department
Diverse workload, mixed commercial property portfolio
Generous hourly rate will be negoatiated on your experience
My client is a major Government department, which has an urgent requirement for an experienced Assistant Property Manager.
Your duties will include;
Liaising with customers, project managers and other property services groups on a daily basis.
Coordinateing a range of lease management activities and provide administrative support to the Leasing Manager and Manager Properties.
Monitoring ????? ????? coming from client agencies and administer the lease delivery processes.
Management of lease documentation.
Provide lease management support to the Lease Manager and Lease Negotiators.
Undertake lease reviews, lease amendments and negotiation of amendments with solicitors, landlords and agents.
Co-ordination of lease execution in conjunction with the leasing team.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial leasing including;
Lease administration indluding Lease documentation.
Basic knowledge of project cost cycles (Budget to Actuals and Variations).
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and written and verbal communications skills
In return you can expect an immediate start on a contract of no less than 6 months and a generous hourly rate to be negotiated depending on your experience.
