An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to be responsible for ensuring ????? ????? services are provided, delivering ????? ????? for money, reducing costs and maintaining maximum flexibility to our high profile client. 

Key accountabilities for this position will include: 

• Manage Facility Managers within 3 strategic retail sites.  
• Provide information and reports as required in relation to compliance checks, risk assessments of building and operations and disputes or legal action. 
• Prepare continuity plans for critical buildings nominated by the Client, which individually address each of the services such as air conditioning and electricity supply. 
• Manage specialist maintenance, operations and repairs to meet client/ contractual needs 
• Represent the client in all day to day issues with external organisations 

About You 

To be successful in this position you will require extensive Facility Services experience managing a portfolio of properties for large blue chip clients and have a strong retail background within FM. A high degree of communications and negotiation skills are also essential in this role. A degree qualification in Engineering, Facility Management or Property would be highly regarded.
