    Located Australia wide this national organisation offers stability and growth. This is your chance to lead and mentor with an agency that is committed to training and developing their staff.

     
    With no portfolio management you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ employees. Your main responsibilities will include performance management, recruitment of staff, reporting on figures, assist with business development, assist with implementing processes and procedures, ensure the team is reaching their KPI’s and are compiling with the ACT.
     
    To secure an interview for this rare role, you will have a minimum of 5 – 8 years Property Management experience and come with outstanding references. In addition, you will be a natural leader and be able to mentor and inspire the people around you.
     
    Offering ????? ????? base of $85K – $95K plus commissions your OTE would be between $120K – $140K. {A phone and car space will be provided}
