This role is for a 7 month maternity leave secondment. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team and program of work that aims to drive capability and below the line activity in order to meet revenue, retention, customer experience objectives and cost saving benefits to the business.
The Digital Channels & Programs Relationship Marketing team oversees the following activity:
- Billing Channel
- Mobile Channel
- Email Channel
- Social Media
- Prepaid Retention
- Postpaid arpu stimulation
- Self serve adoption
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of 8 located in Sydney and Melbourne providing guidance and setting clear priorities
- Drive, manage and support team to ensure 09/10 revenue and capability targets are met
- Develop strategy, POW & targets for 10/11 for team including business cases
- Complete 09/10 PRDPs for all team members
- Develop 10/11 PRDPs for all team members
- Liaison with key stakeholders in Category, Segment, CS&S, Billing, TPM, , BMCG
- Ensure customer contact hierarchy and contact rules are adhered to
- Further develop and optimise existing program of work to continue to meet targets and strike rates
- Input and involvement in all relationship marketing planning and strategic direction
Essential Attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team
- Understanding and comprehension of direct marketing principles
- Experience with creative development and communications to customers
- Proven and demonstrated experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Strong strategic and operational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
