Discover your passion. Campari Australia seeks a proven and high potential marketing manager or senior brand manager to discover their passion in the alcoholic beverage market. The Marketing Manager will be accountable for strategic marketing, brand development, research and communications for Campari's most important brand Wild Turkey Bourbon and the Wild Turkey ready to drink beverage portfolio starting with Wild Turkey and Cola RTD. As Australia is one of the largest markets for Wild Turkey the Marketing Manager will enjoy great autonomy to develop programmes designed to optimise performance in this market, as well as influence global marketing direction.
The Marketing Manager - Wild Turkey will directly manage a small team in head office and influence a state based team charged with effective execution of brand development and trade marketing activity. The successful candidate will lead this team and encourage the whole company to be passionate about Wild Turkey, pragmatic about how they can be managed to create shareholder value, and to have fun doing it.
As Campari is an embryonic business in Australia the newly appointed marketing team will be required to drive a unique, dynamic, and energetic corporate culture. The right fit with the desired culture and ability to become part of a strong, coherent team will be critical.
