Marketing Manager

My client is a major Newcastle based Accounting and Wealth Management firm looking to grow their extensive business even further. In order to achieve this objective they are looking to engage an experienced Marketing Professional to develop growth strategies and marketing programs that will directly drive new business and provide a steady stream on generated leads. The successful applicant will report to the General Manager of the firm.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Researching and targeting key clients that fall within the company profile
• Design and implementation of marketing programs
• Control the advertising budget
• Supervision of support staff
• Keeping in touch with clients via regular newsletters
• Explore and build business opportunities through various industry associations
• Assist and advise the various business units to aid them in growing their individual businesses
• Develop brand awareness and elevate the company profile

YOU WILL BE

• Degree qualified with a marketing major
• Several years practical experience at a senior level preferably within the Financial / Accounting sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and manage successful marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated management skill including strong supervisory experience
