Large financial service organisation is currently recruiting a Online Strategy Manager to assist in developing strategy for their online Ecommerce channel and to develop online customer service tools.

This is a new role which is accountable for project managing the online needs and technical requirements of the organisation across a wide range of stakeholders.  Using research, competitive intelligence, your knowledge of emerging online technologies and internal feedback, you will building a long term strategy for the bank and work back to see how operationally this can be implemented within the organisation.  At the heart of this is a drive to increase revenue through online marketing activity, improve the customer online experience that should in turn result in a better online customer retention.  You will develop (among other things) customer self help tools and social media marketing strategies to attract, engage and retain customers. 

This role requires someone with -

• Experience in developing strategy gained from a professional service background, an online consultancy or within a large online driven organisation
• 3-5 years experience in strategy, product, online, marketing or online business development
• Customer focused individual - you will have empathy for the end user and build your plans around their needs with the needs on the business also in mind.
• The ability to influence and present at a Senior level.
