A fantastic market research company based in the Eastern Suburbs is looking for a motivated self starter who can hit the ground running and get involved with the recruitment process for their online web research.
 
The main focus of this role is to manage the recruitment process of different projects which involves database management, field work support and office administration.

The main responsibilities of the role include the following:

Establishing recruitment management resources including management of their database
Assisting and supporting the development of the database of respondents in Sydney and further afield if required
Source advertising and marketing ideas to attract more respondents
Evaluation of current recruitment process
Support field work and office administration
 
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, thrive in a deadline driven environment and have the ability to handle a pressurised and fast paced role.  You must have a graduate qualification in business administration and have previous experience within a similar environment. Understanding of ISO 20252 standard in relation to field work in Market Research is highly advantageous.
