We are currently looking for an astute Senior Research Analyst to join the customer research team at AAPT.
The Research function is required to undertake best in class customer research to provide timely insights to AAPT’s Consumer business. This main purpose of this role is to support the Customer Research Manager in the range of Consumer research projects regularly undertaken by the business. A secondary focus is the support and management of Business and Wholesale research projects.
The person in this role will be responsible for management of specific consumer projects from supplier briefing and management, questionnaire development to meet objectives, report review and sign-off and presentation of results internally.
The successful candidate will have a passion for our industry and for capturing, collating, interpreting and communicating high quality customer research. Approximately 3 years experience as a research supplier or in a research buyer role (quantitative research experience essential). Tertiary qualifications are also essential.
Candidates who demonstrate a highly proactive, motivated self-driven nature and enjoy the challenge of working within a dynamic environment would be ideal for this role.
