In this exciting role as Assistant Marketing Manager you will develop outbound telemarketing campaigns across Australia and NZ. You will utilise your strong third party relationship skills by creating new campaigns and motivating the telemarketing team to promote to an existing customer base.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Driving acquisition campaigns predominantly through outbound telemarketing sales vendors, ensuring ????? ????? budgets are met.
• Ensuring ????? ????? communications and scripting used by third party vendors.
• Regular onsite visits to call ????? ?????, building rapport and motivating the sales force to achieve targets.
• Manage annual marketing budgets.
• Build and leverage relationships with external third party alliances and internal business units.

Key to your success in this role is your ability to drive sales through marketing channels. Ideally your strong marketing experience will have been gained within a sales, financial services or call ????? ????? with a thorough understanding of communications (including scripting) for sales channels. You will have strong project management skills to be able to juggle multiple projects at one time.

Experience managing own budgets across multiple campaigns and strong business acumen with a hands on approach to delivery is a must.
