Company A leader in financial products is looking for an Insights and Research Manager to assist a busy research team take on a major overhaul of their customer satisfaction research and strategy. Role You will manager a major research project looking at customer satisfaction especially in relation to the call centre sales channel. Your responsibilities will be to analyse these research findings and present recommendations that improve the customer contact strategies across the business. The role will involve: Managing the research agency relationships and looking at new ways to improve the current research that is being conducted Brief the agencies about ongoing research and ad hoc research projects to ensure they fully understand what the business and project objectives are Streamline project processes and make the work more cost efficient Analyse findings, draw out insights and present to the business new ways to improve sales and service to new and existing customers Experience required: 5 years Market Research experience - both agency & client side experience desirable - client side and customer satisfaction experience within a services organisation essential.
