This is a role that will suit a unique individual that is passionate about taking the whole concept of Qualitative Market Research forward, who has experience across the standard tools and techniques but is constantly curious about exploring ????? ?????. It's a revenue generating role encompassing developing new and existing business; account management/direction; brief-taking, proposal writing/delivery,project management and the management and development of a small team of engaged and enthusiastic Qualitative researchers. You will need to be at the coal-face on a regular basis moderating groups and conducting indepths - but will have the opportunity to grow the team and step-back as you develop the business.

The successful applicant will have:
8-10 years of qualitative market research experience with some exposure to quantitative
A strong track-record of experience and success in winning new qualitative business
2 or more years in an Account Director position or similar
A strategic brand-driven approach to qualitative research
The ability to articulate an advanced level of qualitative thinking, ability and experience
