Our client is a full service market research consultancy with particular expertise in customised B2B executive research and syndicated multi-client studies. They provide Customised Research, Usage and Attitude Studies, Benchmarking, Brand Tracking, Multi-client Studies, Customer Satisfaction, Product Evaluation and Advertising Testing, and require an experienced Project Manager to manage large scale customer satisfaction tracker projects.

The role will require:

• Minimum 2 year agency experience
• Day-to-day project management of the research process
• Key client contact on a wide range of continuous and ad-hoc studies
• Liaising with various stakeholders (clients, management, other staff)
• Brief taking and proposal writing
• Writing of interviewer instructions and guidelines
• Developing questionnaires to meet client objectives
• Coordination of fieldwork
• Data analysis, interpretation and preparation of results to clients
• Producing reports and white papers using the research findings
• Working autonomously/Meeting deadlines

Skills required:

• Experience in a wide range of research types and methodologies
• Experience across a wide range of industry sectors
• Project budgeting
• Excellent knowledge of SPSS and Excel
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially of PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to train and supervise junior staff (where required)

Candidates should also possess:

• Experience in IT and/or contact centre research would be beneficial
• A can-do attitude, enthusiasm & meticulous attention to detail
