This Leading Corporate Real Estate firm currently requires the expertise of a Senior Valuer who background in Plant Equipment Valuations.
Reporting to the Director of Valuations you will be given the scope to grow a team in the Plant Equipment sector. With a high level of business acumen you will be responsible for producing detailed reports and valuations for plant equipment across a range of sectors.
You will have:
· A Strong understanding of valuation Principals and Methods
· The capacity to work autonomously
· Excellent communication skills
· A client focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
