Despatch Clerk

  • 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Western Suburbs location
  • $20 per hour

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Despatch Clerk to join a global organisation located in the Western Suburbs.

This on going temporary assignment will see you responsible for:

  • Logging all transport information into the WMS data base
  • Matching invoices to manifests
  • Filling documentation
  • Assisting customers with enquiries
  • Data entry

Ideally you will demonstrate previous experience within a similar capacity within a fast paced environment, as well as:

  • demonstrate excellent communication & customer service skills
  • attention to detail
  • fast & accurate data entry speed
  • Computer literate - word, excel and warehouse management systems
