A rare opportunity has arisen at a leading Sydney firm for a jnr - mid-level back-end construction lawyer.
 
To be eligible for this role you will have vast dispute resolution experience across social infrastructure, transport, energy & utilities and construction involving developers, builders, subcontractors, consultants and home warranty insurers. Ideally you will have appeared regularly in the Supreme, District and Local Courts as well as the Consumer, Trader & Tenancy Tribunal.
 
This role will see you working closely with one of the firms most respected Partners. The ideal candidate will need to have some sort of potential practice and or a robust business plan. This is an ideal role for an Associate struggling with lack of career progression and wanting to be part of a genuinely friendly team.
 
You will have between 2-4  years back end construction experience coming out of a mid tier, top tier or highly regarded construction practice. Our client will look at lawyers returning from overseas jurisdictions provided they have had some solid local experience at some point.
