You will work on both litigious and non-litigious insolvency matters, ensuring ????? ????? have a varied workload.  The clients you will work with include financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and directors.  You can expect to work on personal, partnership and corporate insolvency matters; and, work on matters that are cross jurisdictional.

To be successful for this role, you will have at least 4 years experience in both litigious and non-litigious insolvency matters from a recognised practice.
