Our client's commercial property team is in expansion mode and looking for a Senior Property Lawyer to join their busy team. They have a readily made blue chip client base with excellent prospects for Partnership.

The ideal candidate will have an in depth exposure to the following areas:

• Acquisitions and sales;
• Community titles/structuring;
• Compulsory acquisitions;
• Infrastructure projects;
• Due diligence investigations, advice and reports;
• Land Management Agreements;
• Property development.
 
The ideal candidate will be either a Senior Associate or Special Counsel level lawyer coming out of a reputable practice with broad property skills. You will be working alongside another senior property lawyer and reporting to the head of the property group based in Melbourne. Ideally you will have worked in a top tier style firm and be a good team player who gets along with most people. Developed client liaison and development skills are essential.
