Your Opportunity
Working alongside an ex-top tier partner in a national mid tier firm, this role will give you the opportunity to provide advice on all aspects of trade practices, competition law and policy across a range of industries.

Your Work
The work will be top quality and include merger clearances, obtaining ACCC clearances for arrangements between competitors such as joint ventures, TPA litigation and investigations, including associated dealings and negotiations with the ACCC and advertisement vetting and review of sales collateral.

Among your client base will be a number of blue chip national and international companies and iconic brand names.

Your Skills
You will be a strong lawyer with between 3 and 7 years' experience in competition law gained from a top tier or major law firm. Those with regulator experience will be highly regarded. The ability to work both autonomously and as a part of team is essential.
