This award winning national firm is currently looking for an experienced intellectual property lawyer to join their busy team. This role will see you working with a number of highly regarded Partners across the full gamut of IP issues.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience across copyright, e-commerce, patents, software development, licences, divestment and acquisition of IP and IT assets and experience in biotech IP. You will be acting for large national and multi-national corporates so developed client liaison skills would be important.
You will have an outstanding academic record from a reputable Australian University and a passion for the IP space.
