Construction Litigation, Senior Associate

Large or medium sized law firm experience

As a Construction Lawyer at Senior Associate level, you will work with one Partner who has a top-tier background and specialises in construction dispute resolution, commercial real estate development, joint ventures and fundraisings.
The back-end work will see you act in many Court and arbitration proceedings at all levels. You will also prepare and defend adjudication applications under the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act, 1999 and similar legislation around Australia.
Your clients will include large corporates, listed property trusts, property developers, principals, contractors and consultants advising on a number of resources, energy and mining projects, particularly in South and Western Australia. You will also be involved in major social and roads infrastructure projects in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.
