As a Banking & Finance Lawyer, you will have at least 5 years' PAE experience, in property and acquisition finance. My client advises that you are more than welcome to apply if you have more experience than this.
This Partner (who is a Cambridge graduate) requires your assistance in this area of expertise being banking & finance with a particular emphasis on project, property and structured finance as well as securitisations. He also acts on other commercial matters including private equity, venture capital transactions, insolvency workouts and mergers and acquisitions.
