As a 6 year+ Corporate/M&A Lawyer, you will have solid experience in private company M&A, capital raising, financial services regulation and Corporations Act work.
The Partner you will report to is one of Australia's leading M&A Lawyers, with her long experience coming from major firms and recently, in-house at an investment bank. She undertakes M&A, corporate advisory, finance, governance and general commercial work.
There is no marketing or business development involved as the rapid growth in this firm is all organic!
