We have a Contract Management opportunity within the Telstra Enterprise and Government group. This is a Maternity Cover for an 11 month period. Reporting to the NSW Team Manager, you will assist Telstra Enterprise and Government operations to understand and manage contract risk and meet contract deliverables and milestones through the provision of expert contract interpretation advice and analysis, management and development of contractual documentation. You will also be responsible for the coordination of contract performance, milestone reviews and consequent action plans.
 
To be considered for this role, you will be tertiary qualified in a legal or business related discipline. You will have contract management experience in a commercial environment or equivalent and be able to demonstrate experience in analysing and interpreting clauses in contractual documents, negotiating variations to complex agreements and in drafting contract variations. Experience in an IT, telecommunications, out-sourcing or technical environment is highly desirable.
