This mid-tier commercial law firm has been strategically growing; and to assist with their growth, they are now looking to employ a junior level commercial litigation/disputes lawyer to complement their already established Commercial Disputes practice group.
The Commercial Disputes group works across a variety of areas including contractual disputes, intellectual property disputes, insolvency related litigation, construction disputes, and actions pursuant to the Trade Practices Act. Additionally, the group acts in all court jurisdictions, and has involvement in the range of dispute resolution methods.
You will have at least 12 months experience in commercial litigation/disputes, ideally with exposure to insolvency and/or construction disputes.
