Mix of litigious and advisory matters
The practice group acts for well known blue-chip clients - including, domestic and international insurers, brokers, reinsurers, and other corporate clients.
You will work closely with a highly experienced and reputable practitioner, who has a wealth of technical legal knowledge and strong commercially focused client service expertise. The litigious and advisory matters you will deal with will include compulsory third-party (catastrophic), public and product liability, and professional indemnity claims.
You will have a minimum of 3 years post admission defendant insurance experience gained from a notable insurance practice. It is important that you have had exposure to catastrophic CTP claims, and general insurance matters.
