This premier Banking & Finance team conduct acquisition and development property finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, general corporate finance and project financing. They advise on various financial restructures and workouts, act for insolvency administrators and advise generally on enforcement of securities and related insolvency issues. 
 
The team's expertise also includes acting for major financial institutions on financial services regulation, including advising foreign financial institutions on regulatory issues, advising on and developing products for consumer credit and business lending and advising on financial products regulation.
 
You will have a minimum of 4 years post admission experience, with a background in an eminent banking & finance practice. Lawyers who are ready to step up and take on the responsibilities associated with Senior Associate are encouraged to apply.
