Unique opportunity within an established legal and compliance team for a junior financial services lawyer. You will work within a collegiate and experienced division, supporting internal clients on a range of financial services legal and compliance matters. You will:
- advise on laws and regulations relating to new or revised products and services offered;
- advise on FSR-related matters including advice on managed investment schemes, compliance plans, SOA’s, FSG’s and PDS’.
- Provide compliance support by planning, developing and maintaining compliance plans, assisting in design and structure of compliance training programs, and identifying potential areas of risk.
- You will also advise on any corporate or commercial matters which may arise.
You will be a qualified lawyer of 2-3 years’ PQE, with a strong background in Financial Services law, particularly in funds or managed investments. You should have a strong desire to work in a collegiate and supportive environment, with good communication skills and an ability to run with projects autonomously.
