This premier commercial law firm has a national reach and a truly diverse client base.  The firm works for well-known domestic and international financial institutions, and deal with both lenders and borrowers.

You will work with a leading banking & finance practitioner, and assume a high level of autonomy and responsibility.  You will be exposed to a mix of finance matters including:

• corporate; 
• structured;
• project;
• acquisition;
• property; and,
• mezzanine.

You will also have involvement in banking and finance related litigation.

You will have at least 5 years post admission experience in banking and finance matters, and the confidence to work at a senior level within the firm.
