Market-leading, highly reputable and global organisation with a diverse, well-regarded in-house legal Services function requires a qualified employment lawyer to support their Human Resources division on a 6 month contract basis.
Working as part of a specialist legal team within the HR division, you will support the business in the following areas from a legal perspective:
· Equal employment opportunities and discrimination
· Workplace agreements and employment policies
· OH&S
· Termination of employment and unfair dismissal
· Keeping abreast of employment-related legislation and communicating to stakeholders.
You will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
You should have a strong employment law background and be able to communicate legal issues effectively to business units, as well as operate as part of a collegiate team
