An outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic, rapidly growing international corporate and to utilise your banking & finance experience.  Work with the strategic legal team liaising with key executives from across the Group’s operations.

Reporting to and working closely with Corporate Counsel for Banking & Finance, you will be involved in strategic acquisition and divestment transactions for the Group, including:

·         Project management of banking & finance matters, such as liaising with management, financiers, and legal counsel in various jurisdictions

·         Working with senior executives in the negotiation of financing and security arrangements for the Group, and

·         Co-ordinating finance compliance matters across various operations and jurisdictions

You will be an ambitious mid-level to senior in-house or private practice banking & finance lawyer with experience in domestic and/or international funding.  Exposure to M&A as well as finance would be well regarded.  Qualifications in other jurisdictions especially the would also be desirable.  You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and enjoy working in a busy and commercial environment.
