The Corporate arm of this boutique is led by a highly successful corporate lawyer who has worked on a broad spectrum of transactions in some of Australia's largest deals.
You will be given the opportunity to assume greater responsibility than what you would get at a larger firm. And, the best part is that the transactions are large, so you don't miss out on working on transactions usually only seen in larger firms.
You will have experience in corporate transactional matters, ideally within private M&A; and have experience in capital raising, debt financing, Corps Act advice, and ASX Listing Rules.
