As part of their network of banking and finance lawyers, this role will involve advising banks, borrowers, financial investors and financial institutions on all issues dealing with structured finance, with a specific focus on project and acquisition finance, loan syndication and distressed debt.

 

We're seeking expressions of interest from senior lawyers with five years experience in a broad range of transactions.

 

Your strong communication and negotiation skills, collaborative approach and commitment to client service will set you up for success.
